About Research and Development

What method should we choose? There are a lot of options in methods. If these methods have no problem to the
quality, our "Manufacturing meeting" team seeks for the best method for the part, which should be the most cost
competitive.
The "Manufacturing meeting" team means a cross-section team consisted of members from different specialized
sections.

We repeatedly make dies and try to produce right after we come up with an idea. We have failed a lot, but,
we haven't been discouraged.
